Data Portal for Organization-Wide Use
The Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-water), which manages water resources nationwide,
holds the largest collection of water resource data in Korea.
This includes water supply data on facility operations, water quality management, customers, and billing;
environmental data on water quality, droughts, floods, and earthquakes;
and data on water resource planning and operations.
To promote the use of this data both internally and externally,
particularly among its employees, K-water first established a data quality management system.
It then built a data management portal to facilitate data sharing and support data-driven decision-making using high-quality data.
